Can’t find fault with Arctic Improvements from initial consultation to surveyors, office staff and especially Dave and Yvonne who completed the installation of our conservatory.
We chose the grey option with tinted glass roofing. It does look the part and we are so pleased with the outcome. Don’t hesitate to decide on Arctic.

We had a 24 year old conservatory polycarbonate roof replaced with Pilkington Active Blue Glass. Arctic had been recommended by a work colleague, so we asked them to quote along with two other companies. Arctic’s quote was almost one third of the highest quote. A few design challenges were worked through and facilitated by Kenny and Bill. Fitting was done by Dave, supported by Yvonne. Dave is a vastly experienced fitter and a perfectionist and we have been left delighted with the product. The company provides a friendly and professional service, and I can’t imagine there is a better fitter out there.

The whole process was easy and efficient. From Jack visiting us to do the quote, to the engineer (whose name I can’t remember) coming to do the survey, to the fitters, Dave and Yvonne, completing the installation. Dave and Yvonne deserve particular mention. They worked hard all day and had the whole job done in 3 days.

We are very happy with the work done and would have no hesitation in recommending Arctic Improvements.
